Torsos Posteror View

The torsos are somewhat arbitrated nude studies of male and female body parts which was painted on linen with pure black ink. Simple lines outlined 5 same naked persons sitting with backs to us who, I think, have a large possibility to be women because of the slope of the curve, and the part the painter wanted to emphasized – bottocks. The painter removed people’s heads and put the hips on the middle line which is considered as seats in order to make feminie feature emphasized. A figure only contains 3 lines to form. Furthermore, simple lines prove the name “torsos”, which leave people affluent imagination.
